The rooms are spotless and come with a jacuzzi, and it's in a great location within walking distance of other dining options, including a Bistro for dinner.

The rooms here were very spacious, clean, and had a sitting area, balcony, Netflix, a cozy bed.

The location was convenient and easy and the services were excellent! It was minute walk from Outback Steakhouse, where you can have lunch. I liked the neat and perfect room and 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets for my convenience.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit unpleasant.

Queen room with a balcony was the best.

Stayed in a double room with a big tub, comfortable beds, and a balcony, the location was fantastic, a short walk to Gastonia, NC.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very comfortable and the fire place was a nice touch. I used it for reading while my husband slept in.

The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable. We also had some noisy neighbors that kept waking us up.

Amazing location in close proximity to the electrical outlets by the lamps by the beds. Close enough to the airport. Activities for kids to do in the area. Booked a reasonably large room with a spa tub, a balcony, a roll-away bed

The hotel is conveniently located near a Waffle House and various restaurants, including the enjoyable Captain D's which offers delicious food within a short distance.

The room was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the powerful double showerhead in the bathroom. Staff were also very friendly and courteous.

No room service. The bistro in the lobby is also open only for breakfast and dinner.

web site made it sound like a breakfast was included in the price of the booking. next morning i was told it wasn't. I felt i was misled and cancelled my stay, and was still charged full price for one night even though I left well before checkout time. Also the toilet water kept running all night,but was taken care of in the morning, but still had a disturbing sleep. also the air conditioning unit kept rattling when starting and stopping. I and my wife had a very restless night because of these problems. I feel we should be reimbursed for our stay!
